MATERRE VR EXPERIENCE
MaTerre è un film collettivo in cinque episodi tra tradizione, ecologia e innovazione. Un’esperienza prototipale di cinema di poesia che va oltre il cinema sfruttando le nuove tecnologie immersive VR.
MaTerre è un film ambientato tra i Sassi e lo struggente Parco delle Chiese Rupestri di Matera in un continuo intreccio di immagine, parola, performance e paesaggio. Un film che rende i luoghi parlanti e le millenarie pietre di Matera Capitale Europea della Cultura, cassa di risonanza di un inno cross-disciplinare all’Europa dei popoli senza frontiere.
Da più di venti anni Noeltan Arts sostiene e forma sguardi giovani, indipendenti e innovativi che si muovono tra paesaggio, ecologia e poesia. Produce, co-produce e distribuisce lungometraggi, cortometraggi e documentari destinati a cinema, tv, piattaforme VOD e VR, musei e gallerie d’arte internazionali. Organizza eventi cinematografici e workshop di formazione e alta formazione cinematografica.
“MaTerre” is a collective film made of five episodes moving between tradition, ecology and innovation. A prototype experience of poetry cinema that goes beyond cinema itself by exploiting the new immersive VR technologies.
“MaTerre” is a film set between the Sassi and the poignant Park of the Rupestrian Churches of Matera in a continuous interweaving of image, word, performance and landscape. A film that brings back to life the places and the millenary stones of Matera the European Capital of Culture, the sounding board of a cross-disciplinary hymn to a Europe of peoples without borders.
For more than twenty years Noeltan Arts has supported and shaped young, independent and innovative gazes that move between landscape, ecology and poetry. It produces, co-produces and distributes feature films, short films and documentaries for cinemas, TV, VOD and VR platforms, museums and international art galleries. It organizes film events and training and higher education workshops in cinema.
