Con grande intimità e vibranti dettagli, la fotografa americana Elinor Carucci ci trasporta in un viaggio personale e familiare attraverso un periodo della vita caratterizzato da profonde trasformazioni fisiche e psicologiche, invecchiamento e malattie. Con l’empatia e la vicinanza che caratterizza tutti i suoi lavori, ci fa immergere in un mondo di pelle ed emozioni senza limiti. Elinor Carucci (Gerusalemme, Israele, 1971) nata in una famiglia ebrea Mizrahi di origini nordafricane, mediorientali e italiane, si è diplomata nel 1995 alla Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design con una laurea in fotografia e si è trasferita a New York nello stesso anno. In un lasso di tempo relativamente breve, il suo lavoro è stato incluso in un numero impressionante di mostre personali e collettive in tutto il mondo.

Elinor Carucci (Jerusalem, Israel, 1971) born to a Mizrahi Jewish family of North African, Middle Eastern and Italian descent, graduated in 1995 from Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design with a degree in photography, and moved to New York that same year. In a relatively short amount of time, her work has been included in an impressive amount of solo and group exhibitions worldwide.
